Providing telehealth services for anxiety and parenting stress
I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing assessment and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I specialize in evidence-based treatment of anxiety, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, tic disorders, and related concerns, as well as supporting parents through parenting challenges. I also have specific expertise in treating anxiety and related conditions among autistic youth. I am based in the greater Philadelphia region and currently provide telehealth services to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware residents.
I received my bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I completed an APA-accredited clinical internship at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Child and Adolescent OCD, Tic, Trich, and Anxiety Group (COTTAGe) at the University of Pennsylvania.
Since that time, I have dedicated my career to improving clinical care through therapy, research, and teaching, including working as a clinical psychologist at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as an assistant professor in the PsyD program at La Salle University, and serving as a clinical associate in the PhD program at the University of Pennsylvania. I have published 25 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, with a focus on improving access to effective therapy for under-served youth.
Outside of this work, I love exploring Philly and beyond, as well as spending time with my family - particularly the humbling experience of trying to practice what I preach while parenting my two wonderful daughters.
